日本の文具は、クレイジー。わずかな不便や不満も Kaizen するものや、機能に増して Kawaii を追求するものなど独自の進化を遂げ続けています。今や日本各地で文具イベントが開催され、愛用文具を買い足しに出かけたり、新作や限定モノの販売に列を成すなど世界的に見てクレイジーな光景も珍しいものではなくなりました。海外では Sushi や Ninja、Manga など、よく知られた日本のカルチャーがあります。しかし Bungu はまだまだ知られていません。それは裏を返せば、新たなカルチャーを世界に広めるチャンスでもあります。そこで Tokyo を Bungu の世界的な発信拠点にすべく、2024年より「TOKYO STATIONERY WEEK」を開催します。

Japanese stationery is crazy. Some are designed to Kaizen even the slightest inconvenience or dissatisfaction, while others are more Kawaii than functional, and continue to evolve in their own unique way. Nowadays, stationery events are held all over Japan, and it is no longer unusual to see people going out to buy more of their favorite stationery, or standing in line to buy new products or limited editions. Therefore, we will hold "TOKYO STATIONERY WEEK" from 2024 in order to make Tokyo a global center of Bungu. We welcome stationery buyers from all over the world. Many stationery exhibitions will be held at various locations in Tokyo during TOKYO STATIONERY WEEK. Let's meet at TSW!
